Formal Inquiry
Prospective buyers submit a CIS and LOI to start the compliance process through Dorche Group. All inquiries are reviewed for legitimacy and capacity.
Verification & Due Diligence
Both buyer and seller undergo a mutual due diligence process. The seller will receive payment either Bank-to-Bank or Ledger-to-Ledger.
Contract & Terms
A Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is drafted and executed between the parties. The banker facilitates the documentation process.
Transaction Execution
Gold is transferred per the agreed delivery terms — CIF, FOB, or direct vault-to-vault — with full documentation, insurance, and chain of custody maintained throughout.
